iFeed Logistics Limited ("we", "us") is a road transport and logistics company registered in Ghana, with its head office in Tamale, Northern Region. We are part of the Safo-Sarpong Group.

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.

We only collect what you type into one of our two forms. Nothing on this site asks you to create an account, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone outside our group for marketing.

Enquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and company, along with the subject and message.

Quote form: your name, company, email address and phone number, plus the details of the movement itself — cargo type, approximate tonnage, collection and delivery points, preferred date, whether the move is one-off or recurring, and any special requirements you describe.

To answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote for the movement you have described, and to keep a record of what was agreed. Contact details are used to reply to you and to discuss the work.

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

Form submissions are delivered to our company inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery provider. They are not stored in a database on this website — this site has no customer database.

Both forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which helps us tell real enquiries from automated spam. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that check.

If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful — for example, whether visitors reach the quote form from the network page. This tells us about traffic patterns, not about you personally.

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers.

Enquiry and quote correspondence is kept for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. If you would like your correspondence removed sooner, ask us and we will do it.

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.

This site is served over HTTPS and submissions are transmitted encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive commercial documents through the enquiry form — ask us and we will arrange a suitable channel.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
